Fair rules, plain words.

1. The service
Caide is a local-first desktop application plus an optional Caide account. Without an account you can use Caide indefinitely with your own provider accounts and keys (OpenRouter, OpenCode Console, ChatGPT/Codex, Claude Code, DeepSeek, Google), with no limits from us. With an account you additionally get the Caide Agent provider — powered by OpenCode Console — usage dashboards, and a free trial of metered usage.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by signing in with Google on this website; the first login creates the account automatically. Caide Agent is used by creating an API key on the dashboard and pasting it into the desktop app. Keys are bearer credentials: you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your keys secure (rotate or revoke them from the dashboard if one leaks). One trial per person: creating multiple accounts to obtain extra trial usage is trial abuse and may lead to suspension.
3. Free trial and usage limits
New accounts receive a free Caide Agent trial: 7 days or 500 credits, whichever runs out first. Metered usage is enforced per rolling 5-hour, 7-day, and 30-day windows published in the app and dashboard. When a window is exhausted, requests wait for reset; when a trial ends, Caide Agent requires the 30-day pass. Limits are per account and non-transferable.
4. 30-day pass and billing
Caide Agent access is a one-time 30-day pass costing ₦3,000, billed through Bachs, our payments provider — they handle payment processing, invoices, and receipts. The pass does not auto-renew: access ends 30 days after purchase, and buying another pass extends it. Bachs supports bank transfer, card, mobile money, and crypto at checkout. Refund requests are handled by Caide support through Bachs.
5. Fair use
The pass is for normal interactive use. Automated bulk extraction, reselling access, sharing one account across many people, or deliberately circumventing limits counts as abuse and may lead to throttling or suspension. The monthly fair-use ceiling is published in the dashboard; exceeding it pauses Caide Agent until reset.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Caide to break the law, attack systems you don't own, generate spam or malware, or violate the terms of the providers whose models you use (your own accounts or OpenCode Console for Caide Agent). We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or activity that endangers the service for others.
7. Termination and deletion
To delete your account, email support@caide.us from your account email so we can verify ownership. Deletion revokes devices and sessions, cancels billing, and anonymizes stored usage. You can also delete the desktop app and its local data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with billing cancelled on termination.
8. Liability
Caide and Caide Agent are provided as-is. AI output can be wrong: review generated code before running or shipping it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
